Church is about much more than services on a Sunday and mid week, we have many groups catering for the needs of people of all ages:

Baptism/Christening, Marriages and Reading of Banns of marriage, In time of bereavement or preparing for a time of bereavement - please follow links.

Groups and Activities for Children and Young people:

Tiddler & Toddler group every 10am - 11.30 Wednesday’s in term time and occasional Holiday Clubs.

Messy Church at Shortbrook School - once a month on Mondays -
dates to follow.

Young Peoples Group - every Monday 6pm - 7.15pm in term time -

We also go into all our local schools to take assemblies, and to do faith based groups and activities, if there are ways we could help support your school please get in touch.

Groups and Activities for Adults:

Prayers in the Chapel
- most Mondays 7.30pm, please feel free to call in and join us in little side chapel at the far end of church. When our new doors are finished we hope to have a prayer box in the Porch.

Bible Study Group - first Wednesday in the month.

Coffee Morning for the community every Thursday 10.30am, everyone is welcome to call in its just like a café! (Closed in school holidays).

Bereavement Coffee Morning
- first Tuesday in the month, if you or someone you know has been recently bereaved, or is struggling with the weight of grief please do get in touch with either Heather Hudson or Idrid Barron.

Rose Cottage - We go into Rose Cottage Care Home twice a month, we have a short service in the lounge and then if required we visit some residents in their rooms.

Future Projects being Planned
We are planning on adding a - 'Demetia Friendly Café' - in September - watch this space for further information. Or contact Revd. Sue if you would find this service useful.
